Svijanska Knezna 13% — is an exclusive dark special beer (tmavý speciál) from the Czech brewery Pivovar Svijany. This beer is known for its rich taste and traditional method of production without pasteurization.

•  Aroma: Expressive notes of roasted malt, caramel, tofi, as well as light shades of coffee, nuts and dark fruits (raisins, plums).
• Flavor: Full-bodied, malt with dominant coffee-caramel tones. The initial caramel sweetness is balanced by a pleasant bitterness in the finish.
• Appearance: Dark ruby or mahogany color with a thick cream foam of a beige shade.

Pivovar Svijany — is one of the oldest Czech breweries, founded in 1564. It is located in the village of Sviyany in the Liberec region of the Czech Republic. The brewery is known for still using traditional methods: double-cooking, fermentation in open vats and long-term ripening in camp cellars. Water from our own wells and Zhatec hops from our own hop farms in Polepski Blaty are used for preparation.
